The short version

This page covers the website only. Here you can read about our classes and send us a form to book a first class or ask a question. Nothing is sold on this site and nobody pays here. Sending the form is a request, and a class is booked once we confirm it with you. These terms do not cover training at the school.

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Modern Martial Arts Academy ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy/) explains how we handle what you send us.

2. What this site does

We run a martial arts school at 601 Main St, Cassville, MO 65625. This site tells you about the school and lets you send a form to book a first class or ask a question.

Sending the form does not enroll you or your child. It does not create a membership. A class is booked when we confirm the day and time with you.

These terms cover the website. They do not cover training at the school.

3. Who can use the form

You must be 18 or older to send the form. If the class is for a child, a parent or legal guardian must send it.

4. Using the site fairly

Please do not:

  • Send false details or someone else's details through the form.
  • Send spam, ads or anything unlawful through the form.
  • Try to break, overload or get into parts of the site that are not public.
  • Use software to copy the site in bulk.

We may block anyone who does these things.

5. Who owns the content

The words, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Modern Martial Arts Academy or to the people who let us use them. You may view the site and share a link to it. Please ask before you copy or reuse anything else.

This site may link to other websites, such as a map or a review page. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for what is on them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

7. No guarantees about the site

We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we provide it "as is." Class times, instructors and other details can change. Please confirm anything important with us by phone before you rely on it. To the extent Missouri law allows, we make no warranties about the site beyond those the law requires.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before you start any physical training.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website, such as lost data or lost profits.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about this website is limited to the amount you paid us through the site in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits apply to the website only. They do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Missouri law.

9. If your misuse causes a claim

If you break these terms or misuse the site, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.

10. Ending access

We may block or limit access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the site at any time. There are no accounts to close.

11. Governing law and venue

Missouri law governs these terms. Any court case about these terms or this website will be brought in the state or federal courts that serve Barry County, Missouri.

12. If we disagree

If you have a problem with the site, please call us first at (417) 847-1415. Most things can be sorted out in one talk. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts named in section 11, including small claims court. These terms do not require arbitration and do not ask you to give up the right to join a class action.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new terms.
